To add further entries, click on “Add Entry” as you did before.
Use the “Additional Information” box to give us details of anything which we should be aware of when arranging the classes, for example, if one of the people entering needs wheelchair access. (This doesn’t need to be specifically organised as it is already available, but it’s helpful to know in advance, nonetheless.)
If you’re able to add a donation to the entry fees, that would be much appreciated. It would be even better if you were to become a Friend of Woking Music Festival, which you can do by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
Finally, click on “Submit,” go through the payment process and you’re done!
You’ll be sent a confirmation e-mail soon after submitting your entries. If, having checked your junk mail folder, you haven’t received it after an hour, please contact the section secretary.
If you subsequently discover an error, you should contact the section secretary.
