2023 Festival
The 2022 Woking Music Festival ran between 5th and 26th November, 2022. Music classes were held at St John’s Church, Church Rd, St John’s, Woking, GU21 7QN except for Choral/Vocal sessions on 17th November which were held at St John’s Church, 3 Camphill Rd, West Byfleet, KT14 6EH. Speech and drama sessions were at St Andrew’s School (Church Hill House, Wilson Way, Woking, GU21 4QW).
It was one of the most successful festivals both in terms of numbers of entries and of the standard of performances. Overall the number of entries received increased by about 40% compared with last year and some sections had double. Indeed numbers are well up even compared with pre-covid festivals. The number of performances rated as outstanding was also very high.

Entries for the 2023 festival are now closed
The 2023 Woking Music Festival will run between 4th and 25th November, 2023. Music classes will be held at St John’s Church, Church Rd, St John’s, Woking, GU21 7QN except for Choral/Vocal sessions on 14th November and instrumental session on 15th November which will be held at Woking High School (Morton Rd, Woking. GU21 4TJ, additional access from Horsell Rise, satnav GU21 4BD). Speech and drama sessions will be at St Andrew’s School (Church Hill House, Wilson Way, Woking, GU21 4QW).

Coronavirus
The committee will obviously be keeping the situation under review, but is currently making plans for the festival to go ahead as normally as possible in November. If circumstances change, we will post updates on the website and ask you to check it for developments and further information.
